Daily Guided Meditations
Mela (Higher Vibrations) will lead guided meditations each day; a seasoned meditation guide, Mela channels our guides and angels through her meditations where we go on journeys of self healing, alignment, and Transmutation of that which no longer serves you.
We invite you to join us for any or all of these transformative daily meditations while at the retreat, a rare in person treat!
Crystal and Diamond Mine Collecting
Mt. Ida Arkansas is also known as Crystal Mountain; a massive quartz crystal vein runs deep throughout this land, springing crystals up to or very near the surface for you to gather and take home with you!
We will take a day trip to both the crystal mines and the diamond mines (separate days) for you to collect your own crystals to take home with you.
This is a rare joy this powerful and unique land has to offer you. Included with the purchase of your ticket.

Known for its healing propproperties and to increase one's spiritual awareness, it is a beautiful tradition we look forward to sharing with you!

The water used on the site is drawn from the natural spring feed by ancient aquifers and cleaned by the quartz crystal before it even reaches us!
There is also an option to collect your own water to take home with you!
Sound Healing Ceremonies
Gather around and bring your instruments, voices, sticks, or whatever suits you and join in for heart coherence, healing, and release! We will hold daily drum circles, clearly guided sound healing sessions, and joyful melodic gatherings throughout the event!
