Crystal Mining
Mt. Ida Arkansas is also known as Crystal Mountain; a massive quartz crystal vein runs deep throughout this land, springing crystals up to or very near the surface for you to gather and take home with you!
We will take a day trip to both the crystal mine and the surfac laying crystals for you to collect your own crystals to take home with you.
This is a rare joy this powerful and unique land has to offer you. The fees of the mines are included with the purchase of your ticket.

Erin Brown from Consciously Erin will move through the group throughout the event offering people personal readings and channeled messages from her guides to help you with any issues currently impacting you in the most beautiful and natural way.

Hearty Dinners for all 3 Nights
Evening meals are made for you during the event; dinners Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and lunches offered Monday and Tuesday.
Option to choose salad or sandwich lunches on Monday the crystal mining day.

Coffee and teas available made with locally sourced mineral water offered throughout the day, as well as ice tea provided during dinners.
The water used on the site is drawn from the natural spring feed by ancient aquifers and cleaned by the quartz crystal before it even reaches us!
There is also an option to collect your own water to take home with you!
Breakfast ingredients made available for individual preparation if desired. Eggs, bread, banana muffins, granola bars, instant oats, almond milk, coffee, non-dairy creamer, cane sugar, honey, butter, salt and pepper, and few loaves of bread will be made available in the main kitchen for individual use.
You are welcome to bring your own food, though there will be a limited use of refrigerator space. Please consider this if you plan to go grocery shopping before coming to the venue.
Gather around and bring your instruments, voices, sticks, or whatever suits you and join in for heart coherence, healing, and release! We will hold daily drum circles, clearly guided sound healing sessions, and joyful melodic gatherings throughout the event!
Sacred Cacao Ceremony Equinox Night
Equinox night we will create sacred cacao for everyone who chooses to participate lightly sweetened with honey.

Tentative Itinerary:
Sunday September 20th:
3pm early arrivals - venue is open for the event, those staying on site can find their beds and get situated or join the meet and greet in the open ended green house.
Arrivals likely to continue through the night. Should we be in the middle of an activity when you arrive, please feel free to come join us, pick up a drum or a maraca, a s'mores stick, or whatever we are doing!
6pm-7pm Dinner followed by fireside:
S'mores for those who wish to join in.
Drum circle under the stars.
Our intermediate telescope will be set up for use, weather permitting.
Channeled guided meditation Channeled by Mela (Higher Vibrations) or heart connection ceremony based on the vibe and group consensus at the moment.
Late night people will likely continue social and energetic exchanges on the patio, by the fire, or under the green house throughout the night if they wish.

Monday September 21st:
6am-8am
Early risers meet under the green house or in the guest house kitchen for slow breakfast coffee and tea for those who choose to partake.
Ingredients and the means to prepare breakfasts and coffee/teas are available in the guest house kitchen throughout the event.
8am:
Coffee Clutch with Consciously Erin (Mela and Erin wake up lol)
Sit around have a chat and a cuppa with Erin Brown to get ready to have a great day and integrate the powerful night before learning to comprehend the awesome day ahead.
9am-10am
Late breakfast per individual/ get ready to go to the crystal mine.
About 10am
Gather around for a gentle guided heart centered ceremony to connect to the land and request the crystals calling to us to come find us on the hill.
11am:
All depart from the venue to gather at the mine site. The drive is 22 minutes, if you are not renting a car/driving a few of us are offering private rides to and from the mine site in a limited basis, their are a limited number of seats available for this purpose.
***The mining activity runs from about 11:30am to 1:30pm, bringing us back to a very late lunch at about 2pm. If you require sustenance sooner than that, you are welcome to bring snacks. Coolers are welcome with you at the mine site.***
11:30am
The mine is a 22 minute drive from the venue due to low speed roads along our route.
We must arrive at the mine no later than 11:30am in order to join their safari-style trucks up to the mine site, so early departures/arrivals at the mine are welcomed. We will fill out our forms before hand as well as written instructions to the mine site. Due to limited signal in these areas, it is encouraged that you look up directions ahead of time if you are driving. Though it is a very easy route with tons of signage. The mine is the most popular one here in Mt. Ida, Wegner Crystal Mines.

Late nighters will either gather around the fire, on the deck of the guest house, or in the green house.
Tuesday September 22nd/ Eqoinox Day:
Early risers will gather if they like in the common areas to visit and make breakfast for themselves if they like.
There are many who choose to rise and sit upon the bear quartz crystal vein underfoot and meditate in the mornings doing their own thing. You are welcome to do this.

The equinox is at exactly 7:05pm local time. Let us gather with our intentions for a group healing utilizing the balancing energies when the equinox is at perfect equality.
Once the ceremony is complete we will have a chicken/veggie kabobs BBQ dinner with potato salad and all the fixens followed by...

Explore the Unique Geology of The Ouachita Mountains
Crystal Mining
Nestled in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains, Mount Ida proudly holds the title of the “Quartz Capital of the World.”
This small town in Montgomery County is world-famous for its abundance of high-quality quartz crystals and attracts rockhounds, gem collectors and curious travelers from all over.
The unique geology of the Ouachita Mountains makes Mount Ida one of the richest sources of quartz on Earth.
Over millions of years, hydrothermal activity beneath the surface created stunning crystal formations, leading to vast deposits of clear, high-quality quartz. The area’s quartz is so pure that it’s often used in electronics and fine jewelry and sold worldwide.
Along with amazing quartz crystals, rock hound have also discovered many Emerald, Amethyst, Apatite, Fluorite, Quartz Crystal, Topaz, Garnet, Rhodonite & more.
Quartz crystal clusters, garden rocks, and larger points are also found here and in the area on a regular basis.
On Saturday June 20th we will be taking a trip to the local crystal mine site. There are multiple options to buy pre-mined crystals from the locals at unbeatable rates at and around the mine site, or for those who want a little more challenge, we will try our luck at hard rock mining, as there are veins available to you throughout the mine site.
The mining trip is around 2.5-3 hours roundtrip, so please plan accordingly. Box lunches will be provided at the site.
For those who come up empty handed from the mining trip, do not fret! For there are surface laying milky quartz crystals throughout the area. Many of the milky quartz are rather large, so if these center pieces are your calling, please remember to bring an extra suir case!
